Maindec is extremely proud to have been awarded a place as a supplier on the Scottish Procurement IT Managed Services Framework and is one of only a handful of companies to successfully secure a place on this prestigious national multi-supplier agreement, confirming our position as one of Scotland's leading IT Services providers.

This highly sought after contract was awarded following a rigorous and extensive procurement competition run by 'The Scottish Procurement and Commercial Directorate', and which attracted significant interest from an impressive array of leading players from within the IT services industry including many local and multi-national organisations.

Scottish public bodies will benefit from having access to a comprehensive range of IT Managed Services from a select number of pre-qualified suppliers who have demonstrated best value and are best able to meet the needs of the Scottish Public Sector.

Public sector organisations are encouraged to use the IT Managed Services Framework to achieve the efficiencies available through collaborative procurement. The Framework also eliminates the need for a public body to approach the entire market to conduct a full competitive tendering process.

The IT Managed Services Framework is available to all Scottish public bodies including: Central Government; Local Authorities; NHS; Higher and Further Education; Police; and, Fire and Rescue.

Since commencement of the framework contract in 2005, Maindec has consistently achieved 100% service delivery performance... involving over 1500 support incidents on guaranteed fix Service Level Agreements!
