This new venue for the society was presented in mint condition with fast true greens and fine weather the scoring average in the nett 70s reflected an excellent day.
Third place went to Robbie Davies, Second Pete Dodd and the winner was Captain Alan Hadley. Long Drive and Near the Flag was Scott Goldsmith whilst least putts was won by Kevin Lloyd .
Two notable events:
1 - Lee Juliff carried off the course with a damaged back. Bad news ahead of the pending Singles KO final. Hopefully Lee will be fit again soon to give his all fo t he coveted trophy.
2 - Our first member with a handicap above 28! Mike Davis endured the round from hell and had no luck at all.
