The Maindec Internet Call Logging Facility allows Maindec
clients to generate their own service requests via an Internet connection.
It also provides the ability to view the status and details of calls placed.
Customer Requirements
You will need an active Maindec Maintenance Support Agreement.
This system will only work with Microsoft Internet Explorer and will not
work with Mozilla or Firefox Web Browsers.
Connecting To The Facility
E-mail your request to
webregistration@maindec.co.uk detailing the following:
• Company Name
• Name
• Contact Telephone Number
• Maindec Contract Number
You will then be provided with a User Name and Password once
your request has been processed. We will call you on the contact number
provided to validate the request.
Out of Office Hours Calls
This service has been designed to enable customers with an extended hours
service contract to log calls out side of office hours. The exception is
between 11:30pm and 12:30 pm as our system will be unavailable carrying out
house keeping duties – you will need to phone your request through
to 01628 810400.
Call Confirmation
Shortly after logging a call out of hours, a confirmation email will be sent
that includes the call number. If this confirmation email is not received
within 15 minutes then please log the call manually on 01628 810400.
Customers without extended cover
Customers that do not have extended hours will be able to log a call
outside of normal hours but this will not be followed up until the next
business day. |
